Geek and Sundry have launched their latest show – Learning Town. It stars geek comedy musical duo Paul and Storm, who are given the chance to take over a flagging kids show after its host dies.

In the episode, Paul and Storm are down on their luck playing a gig in front of a tiny audience. Their fortunes change when a gentleman from the TV network proposes that they take over the show. Like you’d expect from a Disney movie, Storm spontaneously bursts into song, performing an energetic Meatloaf parody to persuade Paul to take the job.
They face hostile opposition from the annoying dislikeable presenters of an other popular kids show, Hikky Burr, who were expecting to take over Learning Town’s better time slot.
The puppets I was expecting only make an appearance in the closing credits (several of them in flames, which can only be a good thing!), so I hope the duo are introduced to the puppets they will be working with in episode 2. I’m a big fan of the Muppets, but they didn’t play with fire!
